Hi, friends! Happy Monday! And we’re back at it again! How was your weekend? Ours was pretty relaxing, except I didn’t get as much done as I planned. I had lists and lists of things I wanted to get done (especially since we didn’t have school Friday), but only ended up crossing off a few things. Anyone else ever have that happen to them? I have to be honest here, I really haven’t been feeling like myself lately. I really have no clue why. Nothing crazy has happened in the last week, but I’ve just felt a little off. There’s no reason for me to feel like this, so I’ve just been trying to keep myself positive. My favorite time of year is starting, so I’m optimistic that I’ll get out of this funk soon! I think I’ll just starting buying my family their Christmas gifts to put me in a better mood!
Something that I am loving right now is this criss cross sweater. Y’all know that this criss cross trend has been all the rave. I posted another sweater with this similar style in this post! I especially love this sweater because of the color and length. The tan color is perfect for fall, and you can literally wear it with so much! I also appreciate the longer length of this sweater. I tucked it in for these photos, but I would totally leave it untucked if I were just wearing it around the house. And do you want to know what’s even better? The price! It’s under $3o and comes in a few other colors, too!
Also, if you’re still looking for a great pair of OTK boots in this cognac color, I have a great steal for you! The ones I’m wearing in these photos are the perfect dupe for these, but SO much cheaper! They’re under $50 and are ridiculously comfortable! Such a great deal!
Sidenote >> I recently ordered a news lens for my camera! After a lot of research, I ended up getting this Nikon AF 50 mm f/1.8D Prime Lens. I never thought I would get this excited about a camera lens! We’ve been practicing with it since we got it, and we still have a lot to learn, but what do you think of the photos? I’m also excited because we are going to be taking my sister’s engagement photos within the next month or so! I have to make sure they look good for her! 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by and for your support! Have a great week!
